Caregiver Resource Groups (CRGs) are employee-led groups drawn together by common causes or shared life experiences. CRGs create a supportive space to network, discover career development tools, exchange ideas and concerns, and contribute your perspective to organizational goals. These are important voices in building Intermountain’s evolving culture. Intermountain currently has eight CRGs.
